Noni Madueke secures Arsenal’s 1–0 win at Nottingham Forest
Madueke’s late effort, deflected off Džair Kunja, produced the lone goal in Arsenal’s 1–0 away victory.
Arsenal collected a vital Premier League victory at Nottingham Forest on 18 October 2026 as Noni Madueke scored the only goal in a 1–0 win away from home.
The game was goalless at half-time as both teams struggled to create clear openings against compact defences.
Late breakthrough decides the match
The decisive moment arrived in the 79th minute when Madueke fired toward goal; the ball struck Džair Kunja and looped beyond goalkeeper Mats Sels into the net.
Madueke’s strike proved enough to earn Arsenal three important points as they continue to chase the top of the table.
For Nottingham Forest the result prolongs the search for their first home victory of the season, leaving them still without a win at the City Ground.
