Strumica 47&72 sign American volleyball player Tyler Trip
The young player joins from McKendry University to strengthen the squad for domestic and European challenges.
Strumica 47&72 have announced the signing of American volleyball player Tyler Trip on September 30, 2026.
Trip arrives from the U.S. collegiate system, where he competed for McKendry University. The club said the addition is aimed at strengthening the squad ahead of upcoming domestic and continental commitments.
New addition with professional ambitions
The signings notes described Trip as a young, talented and dependable athlete who comes to Strumica seeking experience, to build a professional career and with a clear desire to progress.
Translating the club's announcement, Strumica wrote: "Together we continue toward new victories, new trophies and new European challenges. Welcome to the blue-and-white family."
Club officials say Trip will join team preparations immediately and is expected to be part of the squad for the first competitive matches of the season as they pursue higher goals in domestic competition and European play.
