Municipality of Centar launches official mobile app for residents
The iOS app is already on the App Store; an Android release will appear on Google Play within days.

The Municipality of Centar has launched an official mobile application that gathers news, announcements, events and public calls and gives residents direct access to the municipality's electronic services.
The app is already available for iOS users on the App Store; an Android version will be published on Google Play within the next few days.
Goran Gerasimovski highlighted the intention behind the rollout and said: "We want the Municipality of Centar to be available to citizens whenever they need it. Instead of searching in many places or coming to the Municipality for every piece of information, now the most important services and information will be directly on their phone. With the new application we are taking another step toward a more open, more efficient and more digital municipality, in which the citizen is at the center of services," Gerasimovski said.
What the app offers
The application provides quick access to the GIS Portal, e-urbanism and e-permits, "My Budget" and all municipal services organised by category with a fast search function. Municipal documents, forms and decisions are available in one place together with contact details — address, phone, e-mail and working hours.
Users can communicate directly with the municipality to report problems or send suggestions. The app also contains links to public information portals, corruption reporting, open data and the civic budget.
All primary school pupils in Centar will receive free uniforms, the municipality announced.
The app is intended not only for Centar residents but also for everyone who works, stays or regularly visits Skopje's city centre. Citizens can download it from the App Store now; the Android release will follow on Google Play in the coming days.
