Drone debris damages industrial zone in Nevinnomyssk; explosions heard in Kyiv
Stavropol governor Vladimir Vladimirov said air defences repelled a mass attack and there were no casualties; Russia also struck Ukrainian energy sites overnight.

Debris from drones fell into an industrial zone in Nevinnomyssk in Russia’s southern Stavropol region, causing material damage, regional authorities said.
Regional governor reports no casualties
"A massive aerial attack in Stavropol was repelled thanks to air defence forces. The night was very tense for them. According to operational information, there are no casualties and no consequences on the ground in Solnechnodolsk. Damage from falling drone debris has been registered in the industrial zone of Nevinnomyssk. Inspections of the affected areas and assessments of the consequences are continuing, and restoration work has begun," Stavropol regional governor Vladimir Vladimirov wrote on Telegram.
Local officials noted that Nevinnomyssk hosts a large chemical plant among other industrial facilities, raising concern over potential risks from falling wreckage. Authorities said work to assess and repair the damage is under way.
At the same time, residents of Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, heard several explosions during the night, according to local reports.
Russian forces also struck Ukrainian energy infrastructure overnight, targeting at least six locations in the sector, officials said. In the port city of Mykolaiv, Russian drones damaged a terminal, acting regional governor Georgi Reshetilov wrote on Telegram.
There was no immediate independent confirmation of all reported strikes. Emergency teams on both sides continued inspections of hit areas to determine the full extent of damage.
