Nikola Jokic leads list of ABA League's 25 best players
The ABA League marked its 25th anniversary by naming the 25 best players in competition history, with Nikola Jokic at the top.

At a ceremony marking the ABA League's 25th anniversary on 05.09.2026, organizers revealed a symbolic list of the 25 best players in the competition's history, headed by Nikola Jokic.
The selection includes veterans and modern stars from across the region. Notably, Lester "Bo" McCalebb — who was part of the North Macedonia national team in the past — appears among the chosen players.
Composition of the list and club representation
The list features nine Serbian players, the largest single-nationality contingent. Partizan and Crvena zvezda each contribute seven players to the selection.
The players listed as representatives of Partizan are: Dejan Milojević, Bogdan Bogdanović, Nikola Peković, Jan Veselý, Bo McCalebb, Dušan Kecman and Nemanja Gordić. Wearing Red Star colours on the list are Miloš Teodosić, Nikola Kalinić, Igor Rakočević, Vasilije Micić, Nemanja Bjelica, Charles Jenkins and Facundo Campazzo.
Other names on the overall 25-player roster include Dario Šarić, Goran Dragić, Nikola Vučević, Jaka Lakovič, Bojan Bogdanović, Dino Rađa, Luka Božić, Krunoslav Simon, Marko Popović and Ante Tomić. The selection is topped by the current Denver Nuggets centre — a former Mega player — who did not play for either of the region's two eternal rivals.
