Match control from the start
Pelister led 16-6 at halftime and extended that advantage after the break, eventually winning by a 15-goal margin. The hosts controlled pace and possession throughout, turning the encounter into a comfortable exercise ahead of their next fixture.
The win was Pelister's seventh of the campaign; they also have a single draw so far this season. Filip Kuzmanovski finished as Pelister's top scorer with 7 goals, while Mladost's most prolific player was Bojanić with 8 goals.
Pelister now prepares for a test away at RK Vardar in the next round, a match billed as the build-up to the upcoming derby weekend.
At the same time, Tikvesh edged past Kumanovo 30-28 in Kavadarci. That result gave the home side their fourth victory of the season. Makfud scored 9 goals for Tikvesh and Radvan also netted 9 for the visitors.
Both matches were played as part of the domestic championship's eighth round and offered contrasting rhythms: Pelister's routine win and a tighter contest in Kavadarci.
