Decisive fourth quarter
Skopje started better and took the opening quarter 26–19, and the visitors kept the game balanced through the second quarter, which they narrowly lost 23–22. The third quarter followed a similar pattern, finishing 25–24.
Pelister broke the game open late: the hosts outscored their opponents 34–22 in the final period, a twelve-point advantage that proved decisive for the win.
The standout performer was Kocovic, who finished with 31 points. The visiting American pairing, Jones and Colin, posted 22 and 20 points respectively.
