PMFL: Arsimi win at Čair as Lorik Kaba Jakupi scores twice
Lorik Kaba Jakupi scored in the 81st and 90th minutes as Arsimi defeated Shkendija (A) 2-0 at Čair.

22.08.2026 18:27 — Arsimi won 2-0 at Čair this afternoon, beating Shkendija (A) in a Round 4 match of the top domestic league. Both goals for the visitors came in the second half from Lorik Kaba Jakupi, giving the team from Čegrane their second victory of the season and a second consecutive win.
Turning points in the second half
The match was played under extreme conditions — +40 degrees Celsius at Čair in Skopje — yet the first half produced several chances. The home side fashioned opportunities, while Arsimi threatened twice through captain Ramadani, but those attempts were not converted and the interval arrived with the score still 0-0.
Just after the break Mehmed looked dangerous and forced a strong save from Siljanovski to keep the score level. In the 55th minute there was a moment that nearly decided the game: Lichinia, attempting to clear, almost turned the ball into his own net, but the home goalkeeper was fortunate to avoid conceding an own goal.
Around the 65th minute Kaba unleashed a shot that required a top-class stop from Stolevski. On the opposite end Mehmed again threatened but fired over the visitors' goal.
The breakthrough arrived in the 81st minute when Kaba positioned himself well in front of the home goal and fired with precision to make it 0-1, sparking celebrations among the Arsimi players and supporters.
Six minutes into stoppage time Lorik Kaba Jakupi found himself one-on-one with Stolevski and skilfully beat the goalkeeper to seal a 0-2 final score, completing a personal brace and securing the win for Arsimi.
