Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje starts in-person enrollment on Sept 3

From today, 3 September, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje opens in-person registration for admitted applicants. The main registration days are 3 and 4 September, but exact schedules, opening hours, required papers and any additional fees differ between faculties.

What candidates must bring and do

Students are required to present their index book, student ID card, application forms, photos, and a proof of payment of 750 denars for IKSA at UKIM, along with any other documents or payments specified by their faculty. Candidates should check their faculty’s instructions carefully because requirements vary.

Registration at FINKI and the Faculty of Economics is organised by study programme (department). Missing the allocated time slot at these faculties may result in losing the offered place, so admitted students must follow the faculty notices and, if they miss their slot, contact the student services immediately.

A key administrative step is completing the VOI.20 form via the National e-Services Portal. An active user account is required; once submitted the system generates the form and a confirmation, which many faculties may ask to be printed and handed in during registration.

Several faculties have explicitly warned that the enrolment process cannot be finalised without a completed VOI.20, so applicants are advised not to leave this task to the last minute.

Because opening hours and document checklists vary, candidates should confirm the exact timetable and instructions published by their faculty before going in person to register.
