Keepsake for a title: Mikel Arteta receives NBA-style championship ring
The 9-carat gold ring, inspired by NBA championship jewellery and engraved with the club crest, carries the inscription “The wildest dreams come true.”

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was presented with a bespoke championship ring on 27 August 2026, a keepsake modelled on the style of NBA title rings to mark the club's return to the top of the Premier League.
The piece is crafted from 9-carat gold and includes the club's emblem set into a central gemstone. Along the side of the ring an inscription reads: "The wildest dreams come true".
Those close to the project say the ring was the culmination of a long-term plan that has been unfolding under Arteta's leadership, as the team climbed back to the summit of English football for the first time since the Invincibles season in 2004.
The design intentionally borrows motifs from the National Basketball Association's championship jewellery, giving it a bold, trophy-like presence rather than a conventional football memento.
Arteta received the gift with clear emotion, according to reports, and viewed it as an acknowledgement of the sustained work and commitment of his coaching staff and players.
Symbol and sentiment
For supporters who waited more than two decades for this moment, the ring is both a personal token for Arteta and a tangible emblem of the club's restored domestic supremacy.
