Police identify third vehicle and arrest driver after Radishani crash that killed 19-year-old motorcyclist

Police have identified a third vehicle involved in the crash on Radishanska Street in Skopje that killed a 19-year-old motorcyclist and have detained its driver.
Events and police actions
Investigators said the additional vehicle — a Seat Altea with Skopje registration plates — was detected during the on-site inspection and after police obtained video footage from the scene. According to the Ministry of Interior, the car took part in causing the crash without making physical contact with the other vehicles, then left the scene without offering assistance to the injured.
Police located the Seat in Aracinovo at about 19:40 and arrested the driver, identified as S.O. (46). He was taken to a police station and questioned by officers.
The collision was reported yesterday at 12:12 on Radishanska Street. An Alfa Romeo with Italian registration plates, driven by S.B. (47), and a Kawasaki motorcycle ridden by N.M. (19) from Pobozhje were involved. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene by a doctor from the Emergency Medical Service, and, by order of the public prosecutor, the body was handed over for autopsy.
The driver of the Alfa Romeo sustained bodily injuries and was transported to St. Naum Ohridski Hospital.
The Ministry of Interior said that after the case is fully documented, police will file the appropriate charges.
