26th class promoted at Military Academy "General Mihailo Apostolski" in Skopje
Ceremony in Skopje elevated the academy's 26th class to second lieutenant and course attendees to lieutenant; top defence and government officials spoke.

Today a formal promotion ceremony was held at the Military Academy "General Mihailo Apostolski" in the Goce Delchev barracks in Skopje to mark the elevation of the academy's 26th class of students—cadets—to the rank of second lieutenant and of officer course attendees to the rank of lieutenant.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Defense, the programme included addresses by Minister of Defense Vlado Misajlovski and the academy dean, Colonel Nenad Taneski.
Senior military and government officials attended
The event was attended by the chief of the General Staff, Major General Sashko Lafchiski; the ministers of sport and of digital transformation, Borko Ristovski and Stefan Andonovski; the commander of the Command for Training and Doctrine, Brigadier General Lulzim Nuredini; representatives of the military-diplomatic corps from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro; as well as representatives of local self-government and other senior guests from the Ministry and the Army.
The ceremony formally confirms the promotions of the 26th academy class to second lieutenant and the officer-course participants to lieutenant, completing their basic officer training and opening the path to assignments within the Army.
Organisers described the promotion as a key step in the professional development of the new officers and a traditional milestone for the Military Academy and the armed forces.
