Paris Saint-Germain value Bradley Barcola at €170m as Liverpool lodge initial offer above €100m
Liverpool has made a concrete bid but faces a wide gap with PSG's valuation of the 23-year-old winger.

04.08.2026 — Liverpool have made a clear move for Bradley Barcola, but Paris Saint-Germain are demanding as much as €170 million for the 23-year-old winger.
The Reds submitted a concrete proposal to Paris Saint-Germain worth more than €100 million for the French attacker, yet that initial bid remains well short of the €170,000,000 the club is asking. The transfer insider Fabrizio Romano has reported PSG's high asking price.
Negotiations and positions
Paris Saint-Germain rejected the first approach and appears to hold a comfortable negotiating stance. Barcola is under contract until 2028 and, although he has not extended his deal, the club still values the wide forward at roughly €170 million, according to Romano.
From the player's side, the preference seems clear: Barcola is open to a move to Anfield and his representatives have already been in contact with Liverpool's hierarchy. The Frenchman is seeking a larger role after two seasons in Paris in which he was not always selected for the biggest matches.
Barcola enjoyed a positive campaign with Paris, registering 13 goals and six assists in 49 appearances. He fits the profile Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola wants for the new project as the club looks to refresh its attacking options following the departures of Yann Diomandé to Real Madrid and Mohamed Salah.
With the first offer turned down, Liverpool must decide whether to substantially increase their bid, include players in part-exchange or walk away. PSG's firm valuation gives them the upper hand for now, leaving the coming days crucial for both clubs and the player.
