PSG buys Zion Suzuki for €35 million
The 23-year-old Japan international arrives from Parma in a €35 million transfer but could be sent out on loan after signing.

11.08.2026 17:00 — PSG has brought Zion Suzuki from Parma in a transfer worth €35 million. The Parma goalkeeper, the 23-year-old Japan international, arrives in Paris where in the coming days he will be officially presented.
Details about the transfer
The transaction was agreed for a sum of €35 million, and the club plans to immediately integrate Suzuki into its activities before the formal presentation. His performances for Parma and for the Japan national team attracted the attention of the Paris scouts.
Because he is young and needs to secure consistent playing time, there is a strong possibility that Suzuki will be sent on loan to another club after signing. That way PSG would preserve his future while he gains competitive experience.
Among the clubs mentioned as a possible destination for the loan is Juventus, where he could try to earn more regular playing time.
It was previously announced that Riste Jankov is the new goalkeeper at Arsimi.
