Rabotnicki beat Vardar (N) 8-0 in Negotino and advance to Macedonian Cup last 16

Rabotnicki completed the last available spot in the Macedonian Cup round of 16 after a dominant 8-0 win in Negotino on 14.10.2026. The result ended the round of 32 — the first proper stage of the country's main cup competition — with Rabotnicki advancing as the final qualifier.

The visitors fully justified their status as heavy favourites. By half-time the score was already 0:4, and in the second half Janakievski's side added four more goals to seal an emphatic victory and progression to the 1/8 finals.

Who joins Rabotnicki in the last 16

With this win Rabotnicki join Tikvesh, Sileks, Arsimi, Struga TL, Pelister, Makedonija GjP, Brera, Vardar, Bashkimi, Shkendija (A), Sasa, Skopje, Novaci, Belasica and Bregalnica in the round of 16.

It is also confirmed that Shkendija (T) has been expelled from this season's competition due to events stemming from the last Macedonian Cup final, and therefore will not participate.

The 0:8 scoreline in Negotino completes the first-round fixtures and sets the stage for the draw and scheduling of the 1/8 finals, where the listed clubs will compete for a place in the quarter-finals.
