Rabotnicki open Superleague season with 92–85 win at Strumica
Rabotnicki dominated early, led 55:73 at halftime and held on for a 92–85 victory in Strumica.
Rabotnicki opened the 2026–27 Macedonian Superleague campaign with an away victory in Strumica, defeating Strumica 2005 by 92–85.
The visitors controlled the match for long stretches and built a comfortable margin before the break; on the scoreboard at halftime it read 55:73 in favour of Rabotnicki.
Efremovski led Rabotnicki’s offence with 29 points, while Rikic added 20. For Strumica, Crawford finished as the top scorer with 31 points.
Match turning points
Although Strumica fought back in the second half and trimmed the gap, they could not overturn the deficit. Rabotnicki defended their lead in the final minutes and closed out the win on the road.
Besides the Superleague opener, the day also brought news from abroad: Kalin began his tournament campaign in Palermo with a victory.
