Barcelona have confirmed a contract extension with attacker Rafinha Dias that keeps the 29-year-old at Camp Nou until June 30, 2030. The club announced the signing took place on 5 November 2026, with Rafinha putting pen to paper alongside president Joan Laporta.
Contract and context
Rafinha, who serves as captain of the Catalan side, joined Barcelona in July 2022 from Leeds United. The new deal secures one of the club's key players for the remainder of the decade.
During his time at Barcelona Rafinha has featured in 190 matches, scoring 94 goals and providing 62 assists.
He arrives at the new contract in excellent form: in the 2026/27 season he has already netted 19 goals — 15 in La Liga and four in the Champions League.
The extension reflects Barcelona's intent to build around a player who has become central both on the scoresheet and as team captain.
