OLVX online marketplace dismantled; criminal complaint filed against 20-year-old from Tetovo
Coordinated operation uncovered the administrator of OLVX and a Telegram group called ONEMILI; more than 1,500 stolen credentials were offered on the platform.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FBI have dismantled an illegal online marketplace used to trade stolen digital data; a criminal complaint was filed against E.A. (20) from Golema Rechica, Tetovo, prosecutors were notified. The action, announced by the ministry, followed a coordinated cyber investigation with the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Charges and official statement
"As a result of a successful coordinated investigation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the administrator of the illegal online marketplace 'OLVX', through which stolen personal data, access credentials and tools for committing computer crime were offered, was uncovered. The Sector for Computer Crime and Digital Forensics at the Ministry of Internal Affairs submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Tetovo against E.A. (20) from Golema Rechica, Tetovo, on grounds of suspicion for committed criminal offenses 'computer fraud', 'misuse of personal data' and 'production and distribution of child pornography'." the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
According to evidence cited by investigators, the suspect administered domains and websites connected to the OLVX platform from 2023 to 2025. The platform operated as an illicit marketplace where stolen personal information, software tools and criminal services were traded; investigators say more than 1,500 stolen access credentials were offered while the site was active.
The investigation also established that between 2025 and 2026 the suspect ran an illegal online group named "ONEMILI" on the Telegram messaging app. Prosecutors say the Telegram group offered services and software tools to facilitate computer crime, including fraud schemes designed to illicitly reclaim funds. Investigators additionally collected evidence that the suspect used Telegram to obtain and possess material showing sexual abuse of children.
The Ministry's Sector for Computer Crime and Digital Forensics forwarded the case file to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Tetovo. Authorities described the operation as the first coordinated cyber operation carried out with the FBI and said the probe remains ongoing while they continue to examine the seized data and digital infrastructure.
