Real Madrid reportedly agree personal terms with Michael Olise
Reports say Real have agreed the player's personal terms; Bayern, with Olise under contract until summer 2029, want a new deal to keep him.

On 30 October 2026 reports from Munich said Real Madrid have taken a fresh step to sign Michael Olise, with the Spanish club reportedly agreeing personal terms with the Bayern Munich winger early this morning.
Real's move puts pressure on Bayern to act
Talk of Real’s interest in Olise was widespread over the summer but no transfer took place before the window closed. According to the new information, Real have now settled the player's personal terms and are waiting for Bayern’s response.
Olise has become one of Bayern’s key attackers since his arrival, and the prospect of Real stepping forward complicates the German club’s plans to keep him long-term. Bayern’s hierarchy have been working to secure a contract extension for the French international.
Olise is under contract with Bayern until the summer of 2029, but club leaders are intent on extending that commitment. "Bayern is a club that has no need to sell players. We make decisions from a position of strength. Michael has a contract until 2029 and I hope that one day he will extend it," said Herbert Hainer.
Honorary president Uli Hoeneß also rejected the transfer rumours earlier and announced that discussions on a new deal would take place during the season. Meanwhile, Real president Florentino Pérez continues to search for top attacking reinforcements suited to his club’s profile.
