The Handball Federation of North Macedonia has prepared a handbook of the sport's rules in the Macedonian language, timed for distribution ahead of the upcoming competitive season.
New reference for referees and delegates
The handbook was produced to reflect the latest changes adopted by the International Handball Federation and is specifically intended for referees and match delegates. Copies will be handed out during the routine testing sessions run before the season starts.
Federation officials said the manual aims to secure a unified interpretation and application of the rules across domestic competitions, reducing ambiguity and improving on-court decision-making.
In addition to printing and distribution, the federation plans to use the handbook as part of its educational materials in pre-season seminars and practical testing for officials.
The Handball Federation of North Macedonia described the move as part of ongoing efforts to raise professional standards, education and overall quality among all participants in the country's handball system.
