The Disciplinary Commission of the Handball Federation of North Macedonia imposed the penalty on the club. The official recording of the match omitted the final seven seconds.

According to Article 21 of the Disciplinary Rule of the Handball Federation of North Macedonia, an incomplete video record constitutes an offence that carries a monetary fine of 100,000 denars.

The decision, published on October 7, 2026, notes that the missing footage referred specifically to the last seven seconds of the contest between Prilep and Struga.
