Ronaldo signs prenuptial agreement — Georgina to receive €100,000 a month if they split

Cristiano Ronaldo (41) and Georgina Rodriguez have formalised a prenuptial agreement that spells out how their assets would be handled if the marriage ends. The couple signed the document at a notary in Lisbon on 10 August 2026 — one day before their private wedding at a villa in Cascais.

Details of the ceremony and property

The wedding took place in an intimate ceremony at a villa in Quinta da Marinha, Cascais, a property estimated at around £30 million. Only a close circle of family and friends attended, including four godparents and their children; Ronaldo's mother, Dolores, was not present.

The prenuptial agreement establishes a regime of separate property for the spouses. Under that arrangement, any assets either person acquires or earns during the marriage remain the exclusive property of the individual in whose name they are registered.

That means each party would keep assets registered solely in their name, while only property formally recorded in both names would be divided in the event of a separation. The clause is designed to protect wealth Cristiano Ronaldo amassed before the marriage as well as his future earnings.

Georgina Rodriguez also earns substantial personal income from modelling, work in fashion and entertainment, and large social media followings. The agreement reportedly includes a specific provision that, should the couple divorce, Georgina would receive a monthly payment of €100,000.

The couple had been together for ten years prior to the marriage; the prenuptial arrangement was completed on 10 August 2026 and the wedding followed one day later.
