16-year-old from Shtip filmed riding motorcycle on one wheel; police interviewed him
Ministry of Internal Affairs says video posted on October 15 prompted action; officers found he rode before gaining the right to drive.

A 16-year-old from the Shtip area who was filmed riding a motorcycle on one wheel has been located by police and was interviewed yesterday in the presence of a parent, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
The case was opened after a video was posted on social media on 15 October showing the minor performing the stunt on a public street in Shtip, an act the police statement describes as endangering the safe flow of traffic.
Police action and findings
During the official interview, officers established that the teenager had been operating the motorcycle before acquiring the legal right to drive such a vehicle. The Ministry said standard investigative measures were taken after the footage circulated online.
The public prosecutor has been informed about the incident. The Ministry stated that once the authorities complete full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed against the minor.
Police did not disclose the identity of the juvenile. The video that triggered the investigation remains available on social media and is cited by the Ministry as the basis for the initiated actions.
