Shkëndija signs Lirian Dželadini and Anes Abduramani to professional contracts

Shkëndija has turned two academy prospects into first-team professionals, signing midfielder Lirian Dželadini and left-back Anes Abduramani to their first senior contracts.

Dželadini, who will turn 19 the day after tomorrow, agreed a two-year deal after having made his first-team debut last season and featured again during the current campaign. Abduramani, 18, earned his spot after standing out this season: he made his debut in the 4:1 win over Bregalnica and has totaled five appearances so far. He signed for three-and-a-half years.

Club stresses pathway from academy to senior squad

Both players say the new contracts are a reward and a spur to keep improving. "I am very happy about this step and grateful for the club's trust. The contract is additional motivation to continue working with dedication, to improve every day and to give my best for the red-and-black shirt," Dželadini said.

Abduramani added: "These contracts are additional motivation for us who grew up in Shkëndija's academy. We will continue to work hard, progress as footballers and repay the club's trust with the best possible performances."

Sporting director Erhan Selimi described the moves as part of the club's commitment to homegrown talent. "We are happy to formalize professional contracts with two young players who have proven their potential. We hope this step will be additional motivation to continue working with dedication and to bring more talents from our academy into the first team," he said.

The signings underline Shkëndija's continued investment in youth development as the club integrates academy graduates into the senior squad.
