Shkendija escaped in Kratovo — 2:0 and 'five out of five'

Shkendija continued their perfect run in the PMFL — 2:0 in Kratovo on 28.08.2026. With goals from Melici in the 53rd minute and Ndzengue in the 88th, the Tetovo side left with three points and currently have "five out of five" in the opening rounds.

The visitors were more decisive as the game went on and created more chances, which ultimately brought them the victory. In previous matches this formation secured wins over Vardar and Struga TL, and today's result against Sileks rounded off the positive run.

Key moments

Sileks opened the derby better and were more active in the opening minutes; Ibraimi found himself in a chance in the 10th minute and again in the 28th minute. In the 35th minute Ibraimi had a goal that was initially awarded, but VAR after a 2–3 minute review overturned the strike.

It was 0:0 at halftime, and after the break Shkendija made use of their stronger showing — Melici scored in the 53rd minute. That was his first goal this season and his sixth in total for Shkendija, scored in his 52nd appearance for the Tetovo club.

After conceding, Sileks woke up and created chances: Angjeleski had an open opportunity in the 63rd minute, but Ramani saved, then Hasukic and Shero caused problems in front of the visitors' penalty area. When the hosts failed to respond, Ndzengue set the final score at 0:2 in the 88th minute and put the game to bed.
