Sileks under pressure in Kumanovo as Bashkimi test their winless run
Sileks arrive in Kumanovo under pressure after a two-month winless run; Bashkimi won 2-1 last round.

In Kumanovo today, October 18, 2026 at 12:00, First League rivals Bashkimi and Sileks meet in a crucial Round 10 fixture. The game arrives with heavy pressure on Sileks and their coach Aleksandar Vasoski: the team have not won for more than two months.
Sileks' run and the figures that worry them
Their last victory came in Round 3, on August 15, when Sileks beat Skopje 3-0. Since then the Kratovci have gone six matches without a win: three defeats and three draws, collecting only 3 points from a possible 18. That sequence is a damaging outcome for a club that entered the 2026/27 campaign with high expectations.
Bashkimi arrive on the back of a morale-boosting 2-1 win over Struga Trim Lum in the previous round. Playing at home in the early kick-off, the Kumanovo side will hope to use that momentum to climb away from the relegation zone and, in the process, deepen Sileks' crisis.
Sporting mathematics are clear: if Bashkimi win today both clubs would end up level on 10 points. For Sileks, however, the immediate need is to rediscover winning form and stop the slide before it becomes irreparable.
The local derby is therefore expected to be a tense encounter, with plenty at stake for both teams. The referee appointed for the match is Stojanche Trpchevski.
