Sokoli sign Husein Bajram as roster build continues
Sokoli signed Husein Bajram from Vardar as they continue to reinforce their roster while awaiting federation confirmation for Super League participation.
On August 19, 2026 Sokoli of Shtip announced another addition to their roster as they continue assembling the squad for the coming season while awaiting official confirmation from the Basketball Federation of North Macedonia for a spot in the Super League.
Following the earlier signings of Aleksandar Kostoski and Ivica Dimechvski, coach and sporting director Marjan Srbinovski has added young Husein Bajram to the team; Bajram arrives from Vardar.
What the club says
"Our team gains new energy with the arrival of Husein Bajram! The young former captain of Vardar brings fighting spirit, speed and added quality. In 2023 he was Vardar's top scorer in the decisive game. Welcome to the family, Husein," Sokoli said.
Bajram is presented as a player who can inject pace and aggression into Sokoli's backcourt, and the club highlighted his leadership experience at Vardar despite his young age.
The new signing is the latest step in a busy transfer period for Sokoli, who are moving quickly to build a competitive roster for the season ahead pending the federation's final decision on their Super League participation.
