Real Sociedad 3–2 Deportivo La Coruña — hosts withstand late revival
Sociedad surged to a 3-0 lead through Martin, Zakarian and Gudes, but Deportivo pulled two goals back and threatened a comeback.

After the interval the home team continued on the front foot and Gudes extended the margin to 3-0 in the 54th minute, seemingly putting the result beyond doubt.
Visitors rally but fall short
Deportivo did not give up: Soriano pulled one back in the 61st minute and Hernandez struck again in the 69th to make it 3-2 and set up a tense finish.
La Coruña created further opportunities before the final whistle, but Sociedad saw out the remainder of the match and kept all three points at Anoeta.
