Veselin Vujović, Zvonko Šundovski and Lino Červar meet at Eurofarm Pelister training in Zreče
Eurofarm Pelister trains in Zreče; friendly schedule under new coach Lino Červar opens with a match against Qatar, whose coach is Veselin Vujović.
Eurofarm Pelister arrived in Zreče a few days ago to continue preparations for the coming season, during which the club will compete domestically and also take part in the European League.
The new head coach, Lino Červar, has scheduled several friendly matches while in Slovenia; the first of those is set against the Qatar national team.
Three former national coaches together
On the Zreče training campus the meeting attracted attention because three former Macedonian national team coaches were present: Zvonko Šundovski, Veselin Vujović and Lino Červar. Each has left his mark on Macedonian handball history.
Veselin Vujović is again the head coach of the Qatar national team and is already preparing that side for the World Championship 2027.
Of the three, Zvonko Šundovski holds the best result with Macedonia: under his leadership the national team finished fifth at the 2012 European Championship.
The visit and the friendly schedule were reported on 07.08.2026 as Eurofarm Pelister steps up its preparations ahead of a season with both domestic obligations and European League commitments.
