Attempt to vandalize trains stopped by ŽRSM Transport security
Security officers found painting materials and dog food at the scene; the case has been referred to police.

On August 29, 2026, the security service of ŽRSM Transport intercepted an attempt to apply graffiti and otherwise damage railway property, the company's general director Dejan Košutić said.
Security officers arrived quickly and found the persons on site; they recovered painting materials used for graffiti as well as dog food, which according to the company appears to have been intended to distract or calm the guard dogs.
The incident was immediately reported and handed over to the competent police authorities for further action.
Company to expand security and video surveillance
ŽRSM Transport announced it will significantly strengthen security measures and expand video surveillance across all facilities and the company’s rolling stock in the coming period.
"Every attempt to damage state property will be duly reported and processed. Public property belongs to all of us," said Dejan Košutić.
