High school students introduced to business world at Inova event

On October 19, 2026, high school students attended an Inova event designed to connect them with the business sector and introduce contemporary career paths. The gathering focused on the skills young people need to succeed and on building a practical bridge between schools and employers.

Event goals and format

Organizers presented workshops and short talks by business representatives that highlighted modern professions, opportunities for starting a business and concrete competencies sought by employers. The programme aimed to give students a realistic picture of the labour market and actionable steps for career planning.

Speakers underlined that developing modern skills among pupils and establishing a functioning system for career counselling are among the main priorities of the education reform. The event framed these priorities as essential for preparing graduates for rapid changes in the workplace.

Topics addressed included digital and technical skills, entrepreneurship basics, CV and interview preparation, and the soft skills employers value today. Practical exercises and Q&A sessions were used to help students map personal interests to potential careers.

Organizers said the initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen links between education and the private sector, and to ensure that secondary schools offer guidance which reflects current business needs.
