Serbian tennis player Stefan Milićević suspended 24 years for match‑fixing
ITIA ruled Milićević guilty of manipulating six matches and fined him €70,000; ban announced 15 October 2026.

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) has found Serbian player Stefan Milićević guilty of involvement in match‑fixing, announcing a ruling on 15 October 2026 at 18:00.
The agency concluded that Milićević was implicated in the manipulation of six professional matches, and that he directly participated in the fixing of five of those contests.
As a result, Milićević has been banned from participating in professional tennis for the next 24 years. Given his current age, the sanction has effectively been described as tantamount to a lifetime ban because of the limited prospect of returning to competitive play after the suspension expires.
Sanctions imposed
In addition to the sporting ban, the ITIA imposed a financial penalty of €70,000 on Milićević — a sum described as substantial by tennis standards.
The decision marks one of the more severe punishments handed down in recent integrity cases, reflecting the agency's effort to deter match‑fixing across levels of the sport.
Further procedural details and any appeals deadlines were not published in the initial announcement.
