Stokomak to sell 18 m² modular home with full fittings and delivery
Stokomak will sell a fully fitted 18 m² modular house with pre-installed utilities, delivery and assembly.
Retail chain Stokomak announced it will add a fully fitted modular home measuring 18 m² to its product lineup, presenting the compact unit as a solution for a weekend retreat, camp cabin or extra backyard space.
The company describes the unit as modern and practical. Dimensions given for the module are 6440 mm in length, 2950 mm in width and 2480 mm in height, producing an internal footprint of roughly 18 m².
Construction, insulation and interior fittings
The catalog lists an integrated EPS panel in colour with a thickness of 50 mm, high-quality thermal insulation, and an insulated floor. Exterior walls feature a flat roof and a 3D stereoscopic relief on the outer surfaces, and the unit includes an outward-opening aluminium window.
Stokomak also notes a fully equipped bathroom: a washbasin with a tap, mirror, a monoblock system (cistern and bowl), a shower system, a ventilation window and SPC flooring.
Electrical and plumbing installations come pre-installed. Delivery to the customer’s chosen location and quick assembly are part of the retailer’s responsibility; buyers must prepare a suitable site and base and provide electrical and water connections.
The price has not been released yet. Stokomak says the final price will be announced once it is finalised and that the product will follow the retailer’s familiar motto of big savings. The announcement has already drawn many comments on social media, with people asking when and at what price the modular units will be available.
