Struga Trim & Lum have announced the signing of 27-year-old Kosovo international Qendrim Ismajli, strengthening the club’s options on the left side of defence and in deeper midfield roles.
Versatile left-sided defender with Albanian top‑flight experience
Ismajli arrives in Struga from Teuta Durrës, after spells in Albania with KF Tirana and Flamurtari Vlorë. The club confirmed the transfer on August 10, 2026.
The player is described by the club as able to operate both as a left fullback and in the rear area of the midfield line, offering tactical flexibility to the coaching staff.
After his presentation, Ismajli said: “I came to Struga Trim & Lum because of the club’s good organisation. In the past I had contacts with the director, so I take this opportunity to thank him for the trust, but now it was time to make this transfer. I must also emphasise that in the past I worked with coach Shkembi at Tirana, so I am happy to collaborate again with a strategist like him.”
Struga will be hoping the new signing adds defensive stability and experience as they prepare for the domestic league campaign and any cup commitments this season.
