Struga TL strengthened squad with Qendrim Ismaili
The new signing for Struga TL is a 27-year-old left back/option in midfield, arrived from Teuta Durrës.
Struga TL announced the signing of 27-year-old Kosovar international Qendrim Ismaili, giving the team additional options at the left back position and in the deeper part of the midfield.
Player with experience in the Albanian Superliga
Ismaili arrives at Struga from Teuta (Durrës), and in his career he previously had stints at KF Tirana and Flamurtari. The transfer was confirmed on 10 August 2026.
The club points out that the player can play as a left back, but also in the position behind the attacking line in midfield — a role that gives tactical flexibility to the coach.
After the presentation, Ismaili said: "I came to Struga Trim Lum because of the good organization of the club. In the past I had contacts with the director, so I take this opportunity to thank him for the trust, but now it was time to make this transfer. I also must emphasize that in the past I worked with coach Shkembi in Tirana, so I am happy to collaborate again with a strategist like him."
Struga hopes that the new signing will bring additional stability in defense and experience ahead of the start of domestic competitions and potential cup commitments this season.
