Supercup "Dragan Vasilov – Cevka" opens the season
Season opener on 26 September 2026 in Kumanovo with MZT Skopje Aerodrom facing MKK Kumanovo; live on Macedonian Radio-Television.
The new Macedonian club basketball season will officially open with the Supercup match named "Dragan Vasilov – Cevka".
The game is scheduled for Saturday, 26 September 2026, with a tip-off at 18:00, and will be played at the Kumanovo Sports Hall.
Who qualifies for the Supercup
By the competition format, the Supercup pits the champion of the top senior league against the winner of the Macedonian Cup. Because MZT Skopje Aerodrom won both the championship and the Cup in the 2025/2026 season, their opponent in the Supercup will be MKK Kumanovo, the Cup finalist.
The match will be shown live on Macedonian Radio-Television, making it the first official televised showdown of the new season.
