Supercopa de España 2027 to be played in Istanbul with €40 million on offer
Four Spanish clubs — Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético and Real Sociedad — will compete in Istanbul from February 2 to 7, 2027.

Istanbul will host the 2027 edition of the Spanish Super Cup, a four-team tournament scheduled for February 2–7, 2027 featuring Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid and Real Sociedad.
This will be the first time the Supercopa de España is held in Turkey. Istanbul was selected from among seven candidate cities after organisers decided to move the 2027 edition away from Saudi Arabia because its dates clashed with the Asian Cup; the competition is set to return to Saudi Arabia in 2028.
Match pairings and venues
The opening semi-final pits Barcelona against Atlético Madrid on February 2. The second semi-final, between Real Madrid and Real Sociedad, follows on February 3. The winners will meet in the final on February 7.
Matches will take place across three well-known Istanbul venues: the Barcelona–Atlético semi-final is scheduled at Fenerbahçe's stadium, the Real Madrid–Real Sociedad semi-final at Beşiktaş's arena, and the final at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium.
Alongside the sporting prize, the tournament carries significant financial incentives: the four participants are set to split roughly €40 million for taking part.
