Tikvesh dominant in 3-0 win over Bregalnica in Kavadarci
Laval's third-minute header, a Temelkov own goal and Lusianinho's late strike gave Tikvesh a 3-0 victory in Kavadarci.
In the opening match of the Macedonian First Football League's 9th round played over the weekend, Tikvesh produced a commanding 3-0 victory at home against Bregalnica in Kavadarci.
The game was decisively one-sided from the outset. Laval opened the scoring with a header in the third minute, giving the hosts an immediate advantage that shaped the rest of the match.
Tikvesh controlled the tempo and rarely faced danger
Tikvesh extended their lead in the 16th minute when a quick counterattack ended with Temelkov inadvertently putting the ball into his own net. After that, the home side managed the match comfortably, limiting Bregalnica to few meaningful chances.
The second half followed the same pattern: substitutions on both sides did not alter the balance. In the closing minutes Lusianinho sealed the final 3-0 scoreline with a late strike.
With the win Tikvesh moved to 16 points and sit third in the table. Bregalnica remained in trouble, occupying seventh place with 10 points.
