Motorcyclist killed near Brajčino — 44-year-old dies after running off the road
V.T. (44) from Ljubojno lost control of a motorcycle with Resen plates at the entrance to Brajčino; death was confirmed on site and the body was sent for autopsy.
A 44-year-old motorcyclist died early this morning after running off the road near the village of Brajčino in the Resen area.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at around 05:45 the Bitola Regional Police Department received a report that at the entrance to Brajčino a motorcyclist identified as V.T. (44) from Ljubojno, driving a motorcycle with Resen registration plates, lost control and went off the road.
Emergency crew confirmed death at the scene
The rider suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by a doctor from the Emergency Medical Service. A forensic inspection was carried out by a team from the Resen Police Department.
By order of the public prosecutor the deceased's body was transferred for autopsy. Investigators said the causes and exact circumstances of the accident will be established through further inquiries.
No additional details about other vehicles or road conditions were released by the police at the time of the report.
