Transfers: Enzo to City for €130m, Barcola to Liverpool, Martínez to Chelsea

The Premier League transfer market has produced several high-profile agreements late in the window, with three major moves now reported as effectively agreed between clubs.

Big-name deals take shape

Enzo Fernández is set to move from Chelsea to Manchester City in a deal agreed between the clubs; the transfer is described as complete and the only remaining step is the club presentation. The fee reported for the move is 130 million euros.

Bradley Barcola will wear Liverpool's red next season after personal terms and a club-to-club agreement were reached; the clubs are still finalising some details. Liverpool are understood to owe Paris Saint-Germain 140 million euros as part of the transaction.

After a proposed switch to Juventus fell through, Emiliano Martínez will not remain at Aston Villa and is expected to take up the goalkeeper role at Chelsea. The London club have struggled for consistency at the position and view Martínez as the reinforcement they need between the posts.

All three moves, while reported as agreed, still require the usual medicals, paperwork and formal announcements. Clubs typically schedule public unveilings and registration with the league before the transfers are officially confirmed.
