International Cross for Pioneers 2026 — Aerodrom, Skopje

Athletic Club Aerodrom from Skopje will stage the third edition of the "International Cross for Pioneers 2026" on Sunday, November 29, 2026. The event starts at 10:00 at Park Novo Lisiche in the Municipality of Aerodrom and is aimed at the youngest athletics enthusiasts.

Programme and participants

Organisers expect pupils from primary schools, young athletes and visiting competitors from abroad to take part. The schedule includes playful, short-distance races tailored for the smallest age groups, with the stated aim of encouraging a love of athletics, socialising and an active lifestyle.

All registered participants will receive participation diplomas, while the top three finishers in each discipline will be awarded medals and diplomas.

Registration is free. Interested parents, teachers or clubs should register by emailing [email protected] and must provide date and year of birth, class, school and place of residence or athletic club.

The organisers promote the event under the motto: "We run together. We socialize together. We grow together!"

Athletic Club Aerodrom has positioned the cross as a community day that combines sport, play and social interaction; schools and families are invited to attend and support the young competitors.
