VMFL third round fixtures: Derby in Gjorche, only Strumica under floodlights
Four games on Saturday, three on Sunday — only Belasica–Detonit in Strumica is scheduled for the evening under lights.
All fixtures for the third round of the VMFL are set for the upcoming weekend. The announcement follows a disappointing showing by North Macedonia's U-20 team at the Mediterranean Games in Taranto under coach Aleksandar Tamevski, and organisers say there is no longer a need to postpone league matches as happened in the previous round.
Four matches are scheduled for Saturday (29 August), and three for Sunday (20 August). Only one game will be played under floodlights: the Strumica clash between Belasica and Detonit, which has an evening kick-off. Every other match is set to start at 16.45.
The headline fixture takes place in Gjorche, where Makedonija G.P. will host Pelister.
