On October 4, at 22:20, officers from the Staro Nagorichane Police Department detained 25-year-old F.M. from the village of Vragoturce.
He was arrested after an earlier report that he had started a fire in the village. Police took him into custody at the local station for further procedures.
Checks at the station found high alcohol level
While at the police station, officers conducted checks and determined that F.M. was under the influence of alcohol. His blood alcohol level was measured at 2.36 per mille.
