Details of the detention and recovery
On 28.08.2026 at 13:40 in Tetovo, police officers from the Tetovo Regional Police Department detained M. C. (27) of Tetovo, following a report from a 45-year-old woman from Novo Selo that a handbag with personal belongings, payment cards and a mobile phone had been taken from her near a petrol station in Tetovo.
The officers located the missing items and returned them to the owner.
Authorities said that after the case is fully documented, an appropriate charge will be filed against the suspect.
