43-year-old arrested at Dolno Blace while wanted on two international warrants

A 43-year-old man from the Skopje suburb of Kondovo was arrested at the Dolno Blace border crossing on 15 October 2026 after border police discovered two central and international warrants against him, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

Warrants and sentences

The man, identified only by the initials F.T., was found to be wanted on two warrants issued by the Basic Criminal Court Skopje for serving prison sentences of eight years each. One sentence relates to the criminal offense "serious acts against general security" and the other to the criminal offense "terrorism."

Authorities say the warrants were central and international in scope, which led to his detention during routine entry checks at the border crossing.

After the arrest, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that F.T. will be transferred to the competent penitentiary institution to serve the imposed prison terms.

No further personal details were released by the ministry, and officials did not provide information about the dates when the sentences were originally handed down by the court.
