Coach Aleksandar Vasoski admitted the recent losses hurt but insisted the team still has the quality to respond. "We face a tough away game against a direct competitor for Europe. Our confidence is a bit shaken after the two defeats, but we are good enough and motivated to get a positive result from Struga. We did not play badly either against Vardar or against Shkëndija to suffer defeats, but that's football: sometimes, when you don't expect it, it rewards you; sometimes it punishes you. We move forward, those two matches are already behind us and now we are fully focused on today's match and the duel with Struga," Vasoski said.

The two recent losses came against Vardar and Shkëndija — currently regarded as the strongest sides in the domestic game — and were seen as surprising by many, given Sileks' reputation as one of the higher-quality squads in the championship.

Vasoski emphasized that despite those results the players produced performances that give the coaching staff reasons for confidence. The coach said the squad's mentality and preparation will be key to overturning the negative run in Struga.
