Video shows 19-year-old on bed in Strumica hospital corridor as father-in-law begs Minister Sasho Klekovski for help
Father-in-law posts live on Facebook from Strumica hospital corridor and asks Minister Sasho Klekovski for help for a 19-year-old paralysed woman.

Shocking footage from a hospital in Strumica shows a 19-year-old woman lying on a bed placed in a corridor while her father-in-law appeals live on Facebook for help from Minister of Health Sasho Klekovski.
The father-in-law says the young woman — he says she is a mother of two — became paralysed after giving birth at the hospital in Shtip. He claims that, since then, medical staff have not given her proper attention and that doctors even told him that "she will remain paralyzed."
Limited information, many questions
So far, the precise medical circumstances that led to the paralysis and the reasons the woman is being kept in a corridor bed are not publicly known. Hospital officials have not released a full account of the case.
The director of the Strumica Clinical Hospital, Goce Hristov, has pledged to provide further information later, according to hospital representatives.
The video has circulated on social networks and raised public concern about the treatment of the patient and the condition of hospital facilities. The father-in-law’s live plea specifically asked Minister Sasho Klekovski to intervene so the woman can receive medical care.
Authorities or the Ministry of Health have not issued a public statement on the incident in the hours following the footage’s appearance online.
