Wizz Air Skopje Marathon: Kenyan winners, Dario Ivanovski third
Kenyan runners topped both elite races while Dario Ivanovski took third and Andrijana Pop Arsova Rashić was the top Macedonian woman.

The 22nd edition of the Wizz Air Skopje Marathon drew a record field of 15,050 runners from 63 countries, with Kenyans taking the top places in both elite races and a Macedonian athlete reaching the men’s podium.
In the men's elite race Derik Nchoroge claimed victory with a time of 2:12:56. He was followed by Edwin Kosgei in second, while Dario Ivanovski finished third with a time of 2:13:49.
Women’s race and national bests
The women's title went to Dolphin Niagaka of Kenya, who crossed the line in 2:32:06. She was followed on the podium by fellow Kenyans Mercy Kipkemoi and Ester Kakuri.
Among the Macedonian runners, Andrijana Pop Arsova Rashić produced the event's best national result in the women’s race by finishing fourth with a time of 2:49:37.
Organizers said the marathon's international field and the large turnout created a lively atmosphere across the Skopje course as thousands of recreational and elite athletes took part in the city's flagship road race.
