The single active blaze is registered in Gjorce Petrov municipality, in the village of Grachani. The fire is currently spreading on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo and involves forested area.
Fires listed as under control are: in Saraj municipality — village Kopanica (low‑stem forest and low vegetation); in Chucher‑Sandevo municipality — village Brest, area Ramno on Skopska Crna Gora (mixed forest); and in Struga municipality — between the villages Burinec and Lokov (low‑stem forest).
Extinguished incidents
The 27 extinguished fires were reported at the following locations: Zelenikovo municipality — above the village Paligrad – Preslap (mixed forest); Centar municipality — City Park (low vegetation and trees); Butel municipality — Boca Ivanova Street (low vegetation and refuse); Shuto Orizari municipality — Vizbegovo, behind the New Star hotel (landfill); Prilep municipality — behind the "Faculty" in Prilep (refuse); Ohrid municipality — Bukovo landfill (refuse); Struga municipality — near the village Lozhani (refuse); Struga municipality — between the villages Oktisi and Belica (dry grass and stubble); Veles municipality — near the water basin above Potok area (waste from an illegal dump); Lipkovo municipality — village Otlja (refuse); Rankovce municipality — village Petralica (low‑stem oak forest); Brvenica municipality — village Miletino (low vegetation and shrubs); Zhelino municipality — village Strimnica (low vegetation).
Additional extinguished locations include: Mavrovo and Rostuše municipality — area Golem Brdash (forest); Prilep municipality — on the stretch between the villages Dren and Carevic (low vegetation); Butel municipality — Boca Ivanova Street (low vegetation); Bitola municipality — Strchin neighbourhood (low vegetation); Strumica municipality — village Bansko (landfill); Struga municipality — village Jablanca (low vegetation); Gradsko municipality — village Nogaevci (low vegetation and pine trees); Gostivar municipality — village Gorna Banjica (low vegetation); Butel municipality — village Ljuboten (low vegetation); Zelenikovo municipality — village Smesnica (low vegetation and forest); Gradsko municipality — village Kochilari (low vegetation and pine forest); Kumanovo municipality — village Lopate (stubble); Mavrovo and Rostuše municipality — Bistra mountain, area Kirilovec (pasture and low vegetation); Zhelino municipality — village Lace (forest).
