Makedonija G.P. and Teteks played out a 1:1 draw in Gjorche, leaving both sides to share the spoils after an even encounter.
Ohrid edged Novaci 2:1 thanks to a winning goal in the 81st minute; Novaci had been reduced to ten men for more than 70 minutes, and the match featured "scuffles" at several moments.

Rabotnichki started the season strongly with a 3:0 victory over Kozhuf. The hosts scored through Kudijan, Podgradja and Bogdanoski to secure a comfortable opening-day win.
Detonit recorded a 2:0 win at Chair against Shkupi, with goals from Dimovski and Golubov sealing the three points.
In Strumica both home teams won: Belasica beat Osogovo 1:0, while Brera defeated Euromilk 2:0.
