The Hydrometeorological Service (UHMR) forecasts sunny and warm weather today across the country with only small to moderate, locally formed clouds. Daytime temperatures will reach between 31 and 37 °C, while overnight lows will range from 10 to 18 °C, and winds will be weak to moderate from variable directions.

In Skopje the day will be sunny and hot with little to moderate cloudiness. A light to moderate wind from variable directions is expected. The minimum temperature will fall to 18 °C and the maximum will climb to 37 °C.

UHMR adds that the same general pattern — sunny and warm with weak to moderate cloudiness — should persist through the middle of next working week. On Sunday a moderate to strong northwesterly wind will develop and, along the Vardar valley (Povardarie), gusts are forecast to exceed 40 kilometres per hour.

Residents should expect high daytime heat in lowland and urban areas, particularly around midday and afternoon. Those with heat sensitivity or planned outdoor work should take standard precautions against heat exposure.
